We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellations. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card used to secure the appointment should a cancellation occur without proper notice. The full-service fee will be charged for no-shows appointments.

Arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your service so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened  due to late arrival.

Gift Cards:

Our spa gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

There will be no replacements provided if the gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
